At Lu’s Wigs, each piece is handcrafted with care. We stand behind our quality and hygiene standards, so we ask that all returns follow the guidelines below.

 

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unworn, uncut, and unaltered (trying on is okay!)
  • Be returned in original packaging with all accessories
  • Be postmarked within 14 days of delivery (Day 1 = delivery date)

Items that show signs of wear, product use, or have cut lace cannot be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

Email support@luswigs.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and whether you’d like a store credit or refund. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

 

Refund Options

  • Store Credit (Recommended)
    • No restocking fee
    • Never expires
    • Delivered via Lu’s Wigs eGift Card
  • Refund to Original Payment Method
    • 15% restocking fee
    • Processed within 7–10 business days after approval

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs/topper with cut lace or altered hair
  • Hair care products, wig grips, and wig caps
  • Discounted or marked “Final Sale” items
  • Resale or secondhand purchases


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

Refund amounts may vary based on currency exchange.


Shipping Responsibility

Once shipped, all packages are insured at full value.

We are not responsible for delays or errors by carriers, or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Cancellations

  • no fee if canceled before processing

Lu’s Wigs reserves the right to cancel any order that violates our terms or policies.

 

Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, communication must take place through the resolution center.

Once the payment provider issues a decision, it is final and binding.

  • If the bank rules in your favor, our policy requires that the product be returned in unused condition.
  • If the bank rules in our favor, no further refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Accounts that misuse chargebacks may be restricted from future orders.

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.
