In-Stock Orders

Orders for in-stock pieces may be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped.

You may choose between:

  • Full store credit, or
  • Refund to original payment method less a 10% processing fee

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final once placed.

Each custom piece is created specifically for you thus materials are ordered and work begins immediately. Because of this, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once submitted.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS and are fully insured

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE worldwide for orders of $500 or more

No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

(Import duties and taxes may apply internationally and are the buyer’s responsibility.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide, except Italy.

Can you hold my order or ship discreetly?

Yes! Email before checkout if you’d like us to hold your shipment, require a signature, or send it in discreet packaging.

Requests made after purchase aren’t guaranteed.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once your order ships, it’s in the care of the carrier. We’ll always help you track updates or file a claim if needed.

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout — for security, orders with incorrect addresses are canceled rather than edited.

Do you ship to PO boxes or hotels?

UPS can’t deliver to PO boxes. We also don’t ship to hotels or businesses to prevent delivery mix-ups.

🕰 When are new wigs released?

We drop new pieces every week! Fridays at 8am est. Keeping fresh inventory rolling in is a must!

We want you to love your new piece. If it’s not quite right, we make returns simple and stress-free.

What’s your return window?

You have 5 days from delivery (Day 1 = delivery date) to start a return.

Items must be unused, lace uncut, hair unaltered, in original packaging, with clips closed and any gifts included.

Refund or Store Credit?

We offer two flexible options:

✨ Store Credit (Most Popular) — No restocking fee! Instantly reusable, never expires, and can be applied toward any future piece.

💳 Refunds are issued in USD — Available to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee in around 7-10 days

💡 Tip: Store credits are the fastest and most flexible way to exchange — no wait for refunds or processing delays.

How do I start a return?

Email support@luswigs.com within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and whether you’d like a store credit or refund.

We’ll provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.

  • Return shipping is handled by the buyer (we recommend a trackable, insured service).
  • Returns postmarked after the 5-day window are not accepted.
  • We don’t provide prepaid labels, as this helps keep restock fees optional for credit returns.


Can I return after cutting the lace or styling?

You’re welcome to try your piece on to ensure the fit and look — we want you to love it!

Returns are accepted only if the piece is unworn beyond try-on, uncut, and unaltered.

Once the lace is cut, hair trimmed, or any product applied, it becomes final sale for hygiene and quality reasons

Prefer a new piece instead?

Choose Store Credit (no fee), and reorder your new favorite style right away — no waiting, no restock charge, just effortless shopping.

Non-returnable items

Hair care products, wig grips, caps, and accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons.

International returns

Eligible orders follow the same 5-day window.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Duties/taxes paid at import aren’t refundable.

Knots are the tiny points where each strand of hair is tied into the lace of your wig. These knots are what secure the hair to the lace base.

Mongolian & Euro Collection Notes

When we offer bleached knots for our premium lines like Mongolian or Euro lines we only bleach the very front hairline area of the lace. We do not bleach the entire lace top, because doing so weakens the lace and can damage the integrity of the wig and its knots, leading to excessive shedding and a much shorter lifespan.

Bleaching the front knots helps soften their appearance and creates a more natural-looking hairline when the wig is worn.

The level of bleaching can vary depending on several factors, including:

  • The base hair color
  • Whether the piece has a money piece or lighter face-framing color
  • The overall tone of the wig

Because of this, the knots may appear lightly, moderately, or more heavily bleached depending on what works best for that specific piece.

If you have questions before purchasing or would like close-up photos of the knots on a specific piece, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Glamorous Collection Note

Our Glamorous Collection is designed to be our most affordable collection, and with these pieces the knots are bleached across the full lace top to create the softest, most seamless appearance possible.

Because the knots are lightened more throughout the lace, these pieces should be handled gently and cared for properly to maintain their longevity. With proper care, they can still provide beautiful wear while offering a very natural-looking scalp appearance.

Your wig or topper is made from premium human hair and deserves gentle, thoughtful care ✨

🧼 Washing

  • Wash every 3–4 weeks, or when the hair feels like it needs a refresh — dryness, product buildup, or limpness are good signs.
  • Always brush before washing to remove tangles.
  • Use cool to lukewarm water — never hot.
  • Gently pat shampoo and conditioner through the hair (don’t scrub or twist).
  • Rinse thoroughly and air-dry completely before brushing or styling.

💡 We offer our own shampoo, conditioner, and serum formulated specifically for wigs and toppers.

If you’re shopping elsewhere, look for moisturizing formulas that won’t strip the hair.

Avoid products labeled clarifying or deep cleansing, as they can be too drying.

💧 Moisture & Oils

  • Keep the hair hydrated, especially mid-lengths through the ends.
  • A few drops of argan oil is a great option — just enough to add shine and softness.
  • Avoid heavy oils or applying near the roots, which can lead to buildup and knot loosening.
  • Wash as the hair feels it needs it — over-oiling or over-washing can shorten its lifespan.

🔥 Styling

  • Heat style on a low setting (under 340°F) with a heat protectant.
  • Avoid frequent heat styling; alternating heat-free days helps preserve the cuticle.
  • Skip tight ponytails or heavy tension styles, which can stress knots.
  • Always allow the hair to air-dry — avoid blow dryers or hot tools on wet hair.


💤 Daily Care & Storage

  • Brush gently from ends to root before and after wear.
  • Never sleep, swim, or shower in your piece.
  • Store it properly when not in use — a mannequin head or wig stand helps maintain shape, reduce tangles, and extend the life of the cap.
  • Avoid leaving it loose, hanging, or stored near heat or humidity.
