Brush out and store your piece properly every wear and wash only as needed using wig-safe products to maintain softness, movement, and longevity.

Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your piece. If your wig isn’t the right fit, eligible returns may be made within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, wigs must be returned in brand new condition exactly as received, with lace uncut and no signs of wear, styling, washing, product use, odors, or alterations.

Eligible returns may receive either:

Full store credit

A refund minus a 15% restocking fee
