We take great care to ensure every Lu’s Wigs order arrives safely and on time. All orders are shipped fully insured and handled with the same attention to detail as the products themselves.


Processing Time

Orders typically process within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping for your convenience:

  • Domestic (U.S.) – free- fully insured
  • International – free, fully insured

All packages are insured at full value at no cost to you.

 

Carriers

Orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority within the U.S., and through reliable international carriers abroad.

Lu’s Wigs reserves the right to select the safest and most efficient shipping method for your location.

 

Signature Requirement

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for added protection.

If you’d like to request a signature requirement or discreet packaging, please email support@luswigs.com before placing your order for confirmation.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

We are unable to modify addresses after purchase for security reasons. Orders placed with incorrect information will be canceled and refunded minus a 10% processing fee.

We do not ship to hotels or business addresses to ensure safe delivery.



Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

If your package shows as delivered but is not received, please contact the carrier directly. Lu’s Wigs is not responsible for delays or delivery errors once the package is in transit, but we will assist with filing an insurance claim if needed.

 


International Shipments

All international orders are shipped insured at full value.

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for international orders are issued in USD; currency exchange differences may apply.

 


Lost or Damaged Packages

Every order is insured for full value.

If your package is lost or damaged, contact support@luswigs.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
