early sized wrong and or the size chart was inaccurate and hoped they could wave a portion of the 15% restocking fee due to their error. No of course they wouldn’t, then delayed in recieving the refund because the person was not there to get the package. Took no ownership. I would NEVER purchase a wig from Lu’s Wigs. There are a few other great wig companies that care and support their customers. Understand they can make errors too and try to make right of situations. Stay away from Lu’s!!!
